As our Channel Account Manager DACH, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Managing and developing all assigned accounts within your region to achieve set targets
- Field based position with 60% of your time spent travelling and engaging with customers.
- Developing and executing the Business Strategy for new and existing accounts across DACH region
- Identifying new sales opportunities to increase market share
- Introducing the latest products and solutions
- Devising and implementing account plans to accommodate strategic goals
- Delivering the required support & training to accounts in region
- Conducting regular market analysis to determine the customers needs
- Representing the company at trade shows, customer events and association meetings as required
- Collaborating across business areas to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs
- Maintaining customer details, activities and opportunites using the Salesforce CRM Tool
- Analysing your account sales figures on a regular business to understand buying patterns
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of all HID Products and competitive products & solutions
- Preparing and submiting accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided
- Creating a Partner Community in order to maximize brand loyalty and revenue
Your Experience and Background include:
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years experience managing accounts in a B2B environment
- Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
- Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions is desirable
- Experience in a solution selling environment specifically Saas and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work as a self-starter, but also a work effectively as part of a team
- Hands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizing
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards.
- Customer first approach with a clear can-do attitude
- Excellent Planning, Prioratizing and organization skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines
- Show good initiative and enthusiasm
- Ability to travel extensively within the region – 60%
- Work calmly under pressure
- Ability to effectively communicate in the German & English language, both verbally and in writing.
