What you would do as our Pricing Manager
The Pricing Manager will lead the development and execution of pricing activities across the Door Business Segment. The role is accountable for maintaining high-quality pricing data, ensuring strong price governance, and supporting decision-making through accurate analysis and reporting. It will also play a key part in the implementation of new systems, tools and processes that strengthen pricing discipline and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth. The role will be responsible for guiding, supporting and improving pricing practices across all DBS entities.
You would also:
- Lead the monthly reporting cycle for pricing across DBS, providing clear visibility of price performance, trends and risks and prepare consolidated pricing reports for senior management, including insights on price realization, list price performance and the impact of commercial actions.
- Support quarterly business reviews and strategic planning with accurate, standardized pricing inputs and provide reliable pricing data and analysis for the Operating Plan, Budget and Final Plan cycles, ensuring consistency in assumptions across the business.
- Manage and improve the quality, consistency and accuracy of pricing data used across the segment and provide regular analysis and insights to support commercial decision-making and strategic planning cycles.
- Ensure alignment with EMEIA pricing frameworks, tools and processes, while promoting best practice adoption and support entities in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of price increases and other pricing actions.
- Lead selected deep-dive projects to assess pricing structures, competitiveness and profitability within specific product or country portfolios.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has minimum 5 years’ experience in Commercial area (Pricing, Product or Finance).
- Is numerate and computer literate, primarily on Microsoft Excel but also Access and PowerPoint.
- Has good negotiation skills and commercial awareness, is self-starter focused on achieving objectives on schedule and has experience in formulating and delivering of training programs.
- Has professional English language skills, other Central European languages would be a plus.
