Financial Controller
Location: Warsaw
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to undertake financial controlling and reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures and ad-hoc analysis.
Tasks:
- Preparation of monthly and weekly financial reporting
- Analysis and monitoring monthly financial closing
- Manage the budgeting and ad-hoc forecasting processes
- Budget monitoring, analyzing budget variances
- Providing support for the year-end financial audit in close cooperation with the Chief Accountant.
- Collaboration with sales and production departments to analyze financial performance analysis and optimize efforts
- Monitor expenditures for investment projects
- Control the efficiency of working capital
- Develop and document business processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal control
- Optimize control tools to improve the reporting process
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance, management or accounting
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and other MS Office applications
- Strong orientation towards modern controlling tools, and automation
- Capability for synthetic and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of English at a level that allows for free communication
- Ability to work under time pressure and to tight deadlines
- Independence, communicativeness, assertiveness
