EDC Customer Service Specialist

     

 

Works:

• Orders processing and coordinating notifications regarding their status,

• Issuing invoices and credit notes,

• Close cooperation with internal customers, logistics service provider and other departments,

• Customer support in terms of product availability from EDC portfolio,

• Efficient use of the ERP AX system and the CiP electronic ordering tool,

• Work on the key logistics goal “Order Fulfillment Index (OFR)”.

 

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position is welcome,

• Knowledge of English at the communicative level (min B1/B2),

• Customer-oriented approach,

• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in contacts with clients and team members,

• Ability to prioritize and perform key tasks,

• Knowledge of MS Office package.Offer:
