Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Services

What You’ll Do

• Feature Development: Design and implement new features in our Java-based cloud services with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Bug Fixing & Maintenance: Identify and resolve issues to keep our services running smoothly and efficiently.
• Performance & Scalability: Optimize the performance of our systems to support global growth and high-load scenarios.
• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA teams, and hosting specialists in a modern agile environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Embrace best practices in TDD, CI/CD, and agile workflows to improve quality and development speed.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, including object state, lifecycle, and parallelism.
• Hands-on experience with dependency injection and aspect-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g., JMS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with container technologies like Docker.
• Proficiency in agile development methods and tools.
• Solid understanding of TDD and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
