Senior Project Manager - Delivery Execution & Multi-Team Governance (m/f/d)

What You'll Do

• Govern execution and delivery performance across 15+ development teams.
• Own the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, and delivery reporting.
• Drive cross-team alignment, risk management, and escalation handling.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks early, and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Customer Success, Support, Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
• Lead release readiness and go-live governance.
• Provide transparent executive reporting and decision support for senior leadership.
• Support pilot customer deployments and large-scale product rollout activities.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of project or program management experience.
• Proven track record in large-scale software, cloud, or product delivery programs.
• Strong experience in delivery governance, execution control, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple development teams and complex dependencies.
• Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,879.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Of course, your actual salary will be adjusted in line with the market based on your qualifications.
