position located in Villebon-sur-Yvette 

ALCEA, a French designer of security solutions based in Villebon sur Yvette, France (110 employees, €20 million in turnover), created in 1995, joined the ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions division in October 2022.

This division of the group aims to offer high security products and services to critical infrastructures such as: telecoms, energy, transport, industry etc.

Seeking a Operations Director

In this capacity, your main tasks will be :

Actions :

• Manage and coordinate  direct and indirect purchasing, production, logistics and inventory
• Analyse the production and distribution processes of products/services and evaluate their efficiency
• Define the budgetary strategy and the means implemented in collaboration with the management to develop turnover and margins
• Set up and use specific KPIs to improve performance
• Identify areas for improvement and then propose continuous development plans
• Guide the production teams and ensure compliance with the specifications
• Optimise production costs to improve productivity, in line with the company's quality standards.

Animations :

• Facilitating communication between the various departments of the company and leading the teams

You have a 5 years degree from a leading business, engineering school.

Desired experience : 5 years
