Senior Human Resources Generalist
Job Summary
This position is based at our PACLOCK facility in Valencia, CA, and requires employees to work on-site five days a week. Under the overall direction of the Manager, Human Resources, the Sr. Generalist, Human Resources is responsible for driving the implementation, administration, training, tracking and communication of all human resources policies and programs including performance management, talent management, employee relations and HR-related compliance. This position will work closely with all levels and various functions of the organization and will support all Americas Residential Functions and HR Leaders with Sr. Generalist duties & responsibilities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- (10%) Employee Relations: Partner with HR leadership to support employee relations matters, workplace investigations, Code of Conduct concerns, and resolution recommendations.
- (10%) Employment Law & Compliance: Advise managers on employment legislation, HR best practices, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- (10%) Talent Acquisition & Employment Programs: Support recruitment activities, applicant tracking, onboarding, internship programs, workforce planning, and job description management.
- (10%) Organizational Development: Assist with organizational design, performance management, succession planning, talent development, employee engagement initiatives, and onboarding programs.
- (8%) Coaching & Employee Support: Provide guidance to leaders and employees on performance management, career development, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
- (8%) Policies & Procedures: Support the development, implementation, communication, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- (8%) Compensation Administration: Partner with leaders and Compensation to support compensation reviews, promotions, organizational changes, and related documentation.
- (8%) HR Projects & Programs: Lead and support HR initiatives including talent management, employee engagement, HR process improvements, internal communications, and organizational change projects.
- (8%) Business Partnership: Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing coaching and support on talent, performance, employee development, and workforce initiatives.
- (6%) Leadership & Team Development: Support employee development through coaching, training, succession planning, recognition, and workforce planning activities.
- (5%) HRIS & Reporting: Maintain HR systems and employee data, process personnel changes, and provide regular and ad hoc reporting.
- (3%) Wellness Programs: Coordinate employee wellness initiatives and activities that support employee well-being and engagement.
- (2%) Organizational Maintenance: Maintain organizational charts and support workforce planning updates.
- (2%) Health & Safety: Partner with EHS to promote a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.
- (2%) Collaboration & Best Practices: Participate in cross-functional and regional HR forums to share best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Profile
- 3 – 5 years relevant HR experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree, HR Professional (PHR) certification, or related work experience.
- Prior experience supporting general and administrative functions in a headquarters environment desirable.
Work Environment:
This position is based primarily in an office environment located within a manufacturing facility, requires employees to work on-site five days. The employee will perform the majority of their duties in the office, with occasional requirements to walk through and visit the production floor to support business operations, collaborate with teams, and observe workplace activities

The annual salary for this role is $74,752-$117,467.
The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role. Benefits and additional compensation offered for this position are
