Product & Marketing Specialist

We want to expand our already successful team with perhaps the most important team player and are now looking for a person who is passionate about providing the right support to both internal and external customers, making it easy to choose ASSA ABLOY’s solutions. The role can best be described as a “classic” product manager role. In this role, you will work partly as the product expert “go-to partner” and partly ensure that central functions have the right information to develop the right solutions in the future. Ensure that the right information, certificates, etc., are available to our customers. In cross-functional teams, be involved in designing, building, and launching products that realize the company’s vision and strategy.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand the customer experience, identify product gaps and generate ideas that increase market share.
  • Improve the customer experience journey and drive growth.
  • Create an understanding of our added value, both internally and with external stakeholders.
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies for optimal profitability.
  • Prioritize and propose marketing activities based on our business strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team for rapid product development.
  • Drive product launches.
  • Visit customers to gather feedback on the company´s products and services.

 

Requirements and competencies:

 

  • Experience within the relevant product area.
  • Successful management of all aspects of a product throughout it’s lifecycle.
  • Technical background with understanding and/or practical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and readiness to prioritize based on potential.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
