ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems’ Graduate program is your chance to get to spend time in not only your home country’s part of the business, but also in two other countries in Europe while learning about our business and the organization!

If you are a Swedish resident, and if you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance (or will have in time for Program start) you are eligible to apply – and we are looking forward to receiving your application! Relevant work experience within Finance area is meritorious.

The ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Graduate Program will start in September 2025, and will run for a total of 24 months on a permanent contract. 

We promise that you will get to know our company as well as to learn from specialists in the industry. You will be part of the day-to-day business and be working in dedicated and engaged teams. The first 6 months you will spend in the country where you are recruited (Sweden) and then relocate for your first international placement in a second country for about 6 months, followed by another placement for an additional 6 months in a third country, and then back to Sweden. This set up will give you a solid understanding of what it is like to work in an international environment, as well as invaluable experience from working in different countries and cultures. During the program you will also get the opportunity to regularly interact and network with the other members of your graduate cohort. When finishing the program you will have a permanent role within our finance community.

Throughout the program you will be working with group reporting, analyzing our financial result and drive improvement actions in different areas such as BI reporting and controlling, system & process development and internal control.  In Entrance System our goal is to transfer internal control environment to next level. You will contribute to ensure we push good practise to all Entrance Systems four different segments.

During the Program you will be in continuous contact with your dedicated mentor, and you will also be assigned a local host, who will help you to settle in, wherever you go. We believe that people make it all happen and want to see you get a good start with us! Together with your mentor and the rest of the Program team you will discover your strengths and development areas and together figure out what would be the best step for you after graduating from the Program and where in the organization you would be able to continue grow both yourself and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. The Graduate Program is only the beginning!

About you 

To find your way into and navigate within ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems you will need to be a curious and ambitious person, ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow. You have an open and positive mindset, and you understand that development takes commitment and dedication. You like being creative an ‘thinking outside the box’ and you enjoy being part of a result oriented and focused team. You have a drive to perform and are motivated by delivering above expectations. You have people skills and you like to drive projects and take on a leading role. You are a great communicator both in writing and verbally. You have a financial background with a good understanding for accounting and controlling and having worked one-two years in a related field is meriting. You are fluent in English and knowing one more language is a plus. If you bring your best, we will give you the best we can in return!
