Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Owner of daily cross functional Backlog Review (MBL)
-
Captures nature of Exception Orders and drives improvement via Pareto & Trend Analysis
-
Ensures OM Metrics (Lead Time, On Time Delivery, Scheduling Precision) are kept up to date with appropriate Failure Mode and Assignable Cause data logged, analyzed and actioned by functional owners.

Manages ATP rules to ensure orders are consistently scheduled according to material levels and capacity.

Manages / drives SSD per GOP scheduling, with appropriate analysis and corrective actions as necessary

Tracks revenue, backlog, risks and rate of incoming orders to project final revenue against target.

Manage and apply EPPT tool to come up with production plan and re-scheduling the orders accordingly

Facilitates regular Sales & Ops Revenue Review & Alignment meetings if necessary

Ensures Fulfillment Operations schedule and revenue projections are aligned.

Acts as a liaison between Fulfillment Operations and Management for Backlog / Revenue Plan vs Actuals.

Establish foundations for scheduling based on material availability and capacity.

Monitoring and regional PIM / Agile changes to support stop ship tickets and working with Quality team to make necessary ATP adjustments for the regions.

Review and facilitate logistic advice to Regional Logistic team to support lead time management.

Develop India playbook to comply with ISO documentation standards.

Weekly Updates on OAC to analyze and substantiate and perform RCA / CA for lines that fail the KPI measurement (OTD / XLT)
Market Knowledge:
-
Graduate with a preference for planning & logistics management.is preferred.
-
Planning accreditations such as APICs certification in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
-
Minimum 3 years supply chain / control tower planning experience required.

Experience with Oracle ERP programs required.
-
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Advanced Excel skill (pivot tables, macros, etc.) are preferred

Familiarity with Agile PLM is required
Education and/or Experience:
-
BS in Business or Industrial Engineering with a preference for planning & logistics management.

Preferred At least 5+ year or more related work experience in the same field
Computer Skills:
-
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
-
Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
-
Intermediate level of Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
