Inside Territory Specialist


Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company is looking for a Territory Specialist to join our team.  This position responsible to handle all customer-relations including:  processing sales orders, providing timely quotations, order follow up which may include truckload management and extended customer service within the inside sales team.



What you will be doing:


Enter and maintain sales orders and quotes in ERP.
Review customer purchase orders for accuracy. This includes communicating with customers regarding all aspects of quotes and purchase orders.
Maintain customer shipment schedule. Use CRM Software to log notes and relevant customer information regarding on-going construction and jobsite projects
Be team oriented and personally motivated for success.



The skills and experience you need:


Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education and experience in a sales & service oriented role.
Clear understanding of the sales processes required for success.
Previous experience in a sales & service oriented role is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
Be team oriented and take personal and self-responsibility for development and increased competency in role.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills needed, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers while working comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Strong phone skills and bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
Must be able to prioritize duties and manage time effectively.
