Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Prevementive Maintenance (PM) Tech for WEEKENDS to support the manufacturing operations performing preventative maintenance.

What you will be doing:

• Inspect lubrication levels of machines, add correct lubricant as needed

• Greasing of bearings and machines as described by CMMS work orders

• Inspection and replacement of filter media on equipment

• Inspection of bearings and rotating assemblies

• Inspection of gearboxes for leaks and or wear

• Removal and replacement of drive shafts

• Repair of leaking air hoses

• Assist maintenance technicians as needed.

• Must provide own tools

  • 12 in 1 screwdriver

  • Standard and Metric wrenches up to ¾” SAE and 19mm

  • Sockets Standard and Metric up to ¾” SAE and 19mm

  • Snap ring pliers

  • Lock joint pliers

  • 9 and 12” crescent wrench

  • Allen Keys SAE and Metric

  • Needle nose pliers

  • Ball Peen hammer

The skills and experience you need:

• Knowledge of basic hand tools.

• Background in equipment operation, vehicle repair or some vocational training.

• Ability to follow instructions and to read work instructions.

• Must have own tools.

• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently of others.

• Must follow all Safety policies and procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out procedures.

This role is located in Tulsa, OK.  This position is for a weekend shift - Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 5 am to 5 pm.
