Marketing Specialist

     

 

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Marketing Specialist. The primary function of the Marketing Specialist, Business Segment Perimeter Security (BSPS), is to drive brand awareness through the development and execution of high-quality marketing communications across both internal and external channels, including digital platforms, print collateral, and online publications. This role includes supporting graphic design initiatives, creating visually compelling assets, and contributing to overall content and campaign execution. 

The Marketing Specialist also provides product marketing support, partnering closely with Product Management to assist with product launches, develop marketing materials, and effectively communicate product value propositions. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent messaging and brand excellence across all touchpoints, working collaboratively with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Training, and other internal teams to support key initiatives and elevate the overall brand experience. 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment while maintaining strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.  
  • Develop, design, and execute compelling marketing materials across digital and print channels, ensuring high-quality visual and written content.  
  • Manage and maintain a content and communications calendar to support ongoing marketing initiatives and ensure timely delivery across channels.  
  • Oversee sales lead analysis, translating insights into actionable marketing communications and strategies that drive engagement. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent, on-brand messaging for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.  
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency through technology, collaboration, and best practices.  
  • Contribute as a positive, creative team member who is flexible, collaborative, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities to support team success.  
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

The skills and experience you need:

Education:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant industry experience is strongly preferred. 

Experience:  

  • Proven track record of maintaining and enforcing brand standards across both internal and external communications.  
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering clear, engaging messaging across multiple channels, including digital, print, and internal communications.  
  • Strong background in graphic design, with the ability to create visually compelling marketing materials and assets that align with brand guidelines.  
  • Experience supporting new product launches from concept through execution, including development of marketing collateral and collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales Leadership.  
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with external vendors, including graphic design, print production, digital platforms, and industry publications.  
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, Supply Chain, and Operations. 

Other: 

  • Limited travel may be required.
