Bilingual HR Assistant

Summary:

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a high-energy, employee-focused, hands-on Bilingual HR Assistant to join our team in Tulsa, OK.

This position will be responsible for coordinating pre-employment and onboarding activities and for providing customer service to our applicants and employees.

What you will be doing:

• Handle routine inquiries and deliver prompt, professional customer service to applicants and employees (English and Spanish)

• Guiding applicants through direct-hire process
• Coordinating interviews with potential hourly candidates with managers & supervisors

• Complete confidential data entry & management of applicant & employee records
• Deliver new hire orientation and similar presentations to individuals and groups

• Assure compliance with all division and corporate policies/procedures

• Perform administrative support for a busy HR team in a multi-shift manufacturing environment (answer phones, greet visitors, manage office supplies, copy/scan, etc.)

The skills and experience you need:

• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail is required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills
