Quality Technician (M/F/D)

 

 

The Quality Technician to define and execute the Quality Plans answering directly to the COO.

                                                            

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Define the strategy, plan and control the quality plans.
  • Motivate and manage efforts of the team on the main areas, as manufacturing processes, laboratory tests and document management of the system.
  • Guarantee the implementation of the Quality System according to the Standard 9001, making periodic internal audits and participating on the External audits of certification of the system.
  • Guarantee the follow up of the Quality Processes in cooperation with all the interlocutors, narrowing the relationship with the responsible of the production areas.
  • Managing the Quality KPI’S monitoring the performance, make Action Plans and report to the management.
  • Analyze and manage the non-conformities internal and external: identify causes, propose corrective, preventive and improvement actions together with a multidisciplinary team. Make the follow up of those actions.
  • Manage and follow up the non-conformities of the suppliers.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

Academy requirement:

  • Degree in Quality Management.

 

Languages:

  • Good level of English written and spoken (minimum B1);
  • Valuable good level of Spanish.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in similar position in industrial companies.

 

Personal Skills:

  • Valuable experience of managing groups of people;
  • Valuable capacity of Leadership, communication and conflict management.
