The Sales Team Leader, in addition to current responsibilities, will have responsible for driving pipeline creation, sales performance, and execution across the region, while working closely with the wider leadership team to define and deliver the sales strategy.

Essential Duties

  • Own and deliver pipeline, order intake, and revenue targets for the Third Millennium business.
  • Lead regional sales execution, ensuring disciplined forecasting, opportunity management, and deal progression.
  • Work collaboratively with the Third Millennium leadership team to help define sales strategy, priorities, and go-to-market focus.
  • Coach and support the sales team to improve capability, consistency, and performance.
  • Drive strong partner and integrator engagement, building senior-level relationships and long-term growth plans.
  • Ensure effective use of sales tools and CRM to provide accurate visibility of pipeline and performance.
  • Act as a key voice of the market, feeding back customer, partner, and competitive insights into product and strategy discussions.
  • Support the wider HID and Third Millennium integration by aligning processes, messaging, and execution where appropriate.

Work Requirements

  • Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
  • Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.
