Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all activities regarding production, ensuring that efficiency, quality, and delivery time goals are met. The ideal candidate must be able to manage work teams and optimize production processes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize production schedules to fulfill customer orders.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of operators and production personnel.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety.
- Identify areas for improvement and apply.
- Manage the inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure the proper flow of operations.
- Resolve operational issues and take corrective action when necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase.
- Train and motivate production personnel to improve their performance and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5 Years of experience in Manager roll
- Previous experience in production management, preferably in the metal-mechanic industry.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and quality management systems.
- Leadership skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic
- production environment.
