Position: Technical Project Manager

Location: Factory No.6, Lot CN6, Ba Thien Industrial Park, Ba Thien Industrial Zone, Binh Tuyen Commune, Phu Tho Province, Vietnam

Job overview:
•
As TPM, you will be managing overall project plans of one or more regions and responsible for NPI build execution with coordination from NPI team and Engineering design team located at multiple R&D centres of ASSA ABLOY. Additionally, you will have to account for the change management, VAVE activities in Mass production phase.

Key Responsibilities:
•
Set up Factory product team for new products & execution of product launch.
•
Prepare Investment plan and production capacity implementation plans based on the Market requirements.
•
Actively working with Sourcing team and Suppliers for material preparations for the NPI builds.
•
Prepare the Transfer pricing Quotes during RFQ phase and track the changes during NPI builds.
•
Collaborate with R&D team & Divisional Product Program managers for smooth execution of NPI builds on schedule with risk evaluation & commitments.
•
Participate and Feedback on Design for manufacturability reviews with R&D during Mock-up builds.
•
Lead pFMEA reviews with Factory product team & R&D and accountable for closure of all findings before MP.
•
Prepare and implement Gateway reviews of ASSA ABLOY Innovation process.
•
Participate & co-ordinate demand & supply meetings in Mass production phase.
•
Lead Engineering change order (ECO) reviews & approvals, Product Life Cycle Management, service Spare part BOM validations.
•
Participate in Value Analysis & Value Engineering [VAVE] workshops & coordinate its implementations.
•
Monitor & drive solution for overall product performance & manufacturing issues.

Qualifications & Skills:
•
Bachelor’s Degree or similar Qualification in Engineering domain.
•
3+ Years’ experience of Project/Program management.
•
Good verbal & written communication skills on English.
•
Vietnamese and Korean and/or Chinese language skill is an advantage.
•
Ability to work in a matrix environment.
•
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
•
Good Critical thinking & Risk management skills.
•
Good Knowledge on PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Lean practices.
