Sr. Software Engineer / DevOps / Kubernetes

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Within the Engineering team, you contribute to develop and setup the credential mangagement product line.

Contribute to :

  • Define architecture for the next generation of the platform
  • Present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations and features in business terms
  • Work on the platform for monitoring, logging, and orchestration of docker applications running on Kubernetes
  • Development and implement platform components to support containers
  • Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis to address routine to moderately complex reporting issues with accuracy or performance
  • Understand the current systems, interact with teams and architects to maintain and optimize deployments.
  • Define and evolve DevOps best practice by working within teams and educating the other stakeholder teams. These best practices should support traceability & auditability of change
  • Contribute to cross-functional co-located teams in design, development and implementation of enterprise scalable features related to enabling higher developer productivity, environment monitoring and self-healing, and facilitate autonomous delivery teams



  • Experience Building Docker images, Maintaining Docker registries, Implementing Docker networking, Managing Docker security & Storage.
  • Experience Building K8s clusters, building and maintaining Helm charts, configuring K8s deployments, Managing K8s Security & Storage
  • Experience in Operationalization of Kubernetes Environment, Monitoring of infrastructure.
  • Experience with deploying and managing micro-services using container orchestration platforms
  • Provide implementation guidance/support to the teams throughout the project life cycle.




Education and/or Experience   

  • 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • 5+ years in professional Linux Experience
  • 5+ years in deployment on Docker/Kubernetes solution.
  • Have at least one experience in deployment in production of a large scale K8s based solution preferably on Amazon platform.
  • Knowledge of Service-oriented architectures and microservices; deploying resilient, scalable, high-throughput systems that process large amounts of data.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon EKS service and other applicable AWS technologies (VPCs, S3, RDS, ELB, Route53, …)
  • Strong Knowledge of Rancher
  • Strong Knowledge of helm charts
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of other Cloud base cluster, in particular Azure cloud related technologies (AKS)


Language Skills                   

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.              


Computer Skills     

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
