HID are looking for a Regional Sales Team Manager, based in Suresnes, London or Veldhoven.
You will be reporting to the Channel Sales Director of HID Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS), responsible for a team of regional sales managers across the European region, including setting sales targets, analyzing sales data and performing strategic planning for the channel sales team.
Your team will be delivering an exceptional experience to our regional channel partners, supporting the acquisition of new partners, and expanding our share of business with existing partners.

Physical Access Control Solutions Business Area (PACS):
The PACS business is highly visible and one of our most significant portfolios within HID Global. The PACS products include smart cards, mobile access and identifications, software, services and controllers for physical access control.
As our Regional Sales Team Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by preforming the below:
Service Management
- Being accountable for the regional targets set to deliver the required growth.
- Defining and delivering a 5-year strategic plan supporting the PACS objectives
- Having overall responsibility for the regional channel accounts
- Supporting the team to execute their Account plans accommodating strategic goals.
- Understanding the competitive landscape, markets, industry developments and standards
- Identifying the current sales opportunities to increase market share of HID PACS products.
- Supporting the introduction of the latest products and solutions to all channel partners
- Working collaboratively with the consultant specification team
- Conducting market analysis to determine the customer's needs to feedback to product marketing.
- Representing the company at customer events and association meetings where applicable
- Collaborating across business areas to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensuring all your team are maintaining activities and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Preparing and submitting accurate forecasts and reports in line with deadlines
- Delivering excellent customer service to maintain a high NPS.
- Coaching, motivating and mentoring your team to continually develop their skills and capabilities.

Your Experience and Education include:
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing teams
- Demonstrable ability to exceed sales targets.
- Experience in a solution selling environment, specifically Saas and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically whilst ensuring alignment to corporate objectives.
- Hands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Fluent in a second language European language would be an advantage.
