Reporting to the European Channel Sales Director, you will be assigned regional accounts within your given region and ensure all growth targets are achieved.
You will be expected to support and collaborate across the whole team to develop business and project specification.

As our Regional Sales Manager - France, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Managing and developing all assigned Accounts within your region to achieve set targets.
- Field based position with 60% of your time spent travelling and visiting customers (based in Greater Paris region).
- Identifying new sales opportunities to increase market share in an established market.
- The channel includes selling to distributors; Systems Integrators & Original Equipment manufacturers.
- Introducing the latest products and solutions.
- Devising and implementing account plans to accommodate strategic goals.
- Supporting indirect channels in the region where applicable.
- Delivering the required support & training to all accounts.
- Supporting and delivering training to Consultants and specifiers in region as required.
- Conducting regular market analysis to determine the customers needs.
- Representing the company at trade shows, customer events and association meetings as required.
- Collaborating across business areas to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintaining customer details, activities and opportunities using the Salesforce CRM Tool.
- Analyzing key account sales figures on a regular business to understand buying patterns utilizing company available tools.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of specific market including HID and competitive products.
- Preparing and submitting accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided.
- Creating a Partner Community in order to maximize brand loyalty and revenue.

Your Experience and Education include:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing key accounts in a B2B environment
- Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
- Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions desirable
- Experience in a solution selling environment specifically Saas and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work as a self-starter, but also work effectively as part of a team
- Hands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizing
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards.
- Experience in using Salesforce CRM (or similar platform)

- Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity and Environmental Systems
- Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess a valid passport.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.
