As a Product Marketing Assistant, you will work within the Product Marketing team to coordinate activities between Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. You will help provide the necessary tools and infrastructure to ensure seamless collaboration across these functions.

As our Product Marketing Assistant Intern, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of internal reporting tools, such as financial reports and dashboards.
- Preparing presentation slides for both internal and external audiences, maintaining up-to-date information.
- Contributing to the development of product datasheets, whitepapers, and other marketing collateral in collaboration with Marcom.
- Coordinating activities related to HID’s partner program, including price lists, newsletters, partner events, etc., in collaboration with the Marcom and Product Management teams.
- Helping to maintain and update data for all platforms.
What we will love about your background:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of additional languages (such as French) is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and international standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows).
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, or other cloud-based platforms is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and rigorous in completing tasks.
- Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical and financial data.
Your Experience and Education include:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
Specific Requirements for an Apprentice:
Training Agreement:
The apprentice must be enrolled in a school or training program that provides an official training agreement (convention de formation).
Availability:
The work-study position is for a duration of 12 to 24 months (depending on the agreement). The desired schedule is 3 days in the company / 2 days at school, or an equivalent format based on the institution’s requirements.
We need to ensure that your student availability aligns with the company’s needs and work schedule.
Motivation for Learning:
The apprentice should demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the team, showing enthusiasm for acquiring new skills.
Supervision:
The company will provide a dedicated mentor or supervisor who has the expertise and time to support the apprentice's development throughout the program.
