Senior Specification Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Building & maintaining relationships with developers & architects, being the key point of contact for all design related enquires & escalations to develop proprietary specifications for systems
• Developing & increasing projects pipelines & business opportunities
• Identify projects throughout the design stage, handover these projects to sales team at the correct time to ensure it is converted into revenue
• Maintain CRM system as per procedures
• Providing technical solutions & value-engineering proposals to support project requirements
• Promoting product range to developers, architect & consultant
• Conducting presentations & trainings
• Support sales personnel in meeting clients related to specification matters
• Providing market intelligence information on competitors & market’s direction

Requirements:

• Preferably to have sales/specification experience in building materials / architectural products / doors & hardware / security solutions / M&E / construction products / project sales.
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to present confidently & convincingly to an individual or wide variety of audiences/groups
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications & tender documents
