Senior Specification Executive

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with Developers and Architects & being the key point of contact for all design related enquires and escalations to develop proprietary specifications for systems
• Developing and increasing projects pipelines and business opportunities
• Manage a large collection of moving projects throughout the design stage, passing these projects to sales team at the correct time to ensure a sale for the business is achieved
• Maintain CRM system as per procedures
• Promoting product range to Developers, Architect and Consultant
• Conducting presentations & trainings
• Assisting sales personnel in meeting clients related to specification matters
• Providing market intelligence information on competitors and market’s direction

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Specifications sales or project sales in related industries
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, marketing or related field
• Strong technical capabilities and an understanding of electronics, hardware, and door opening solutions
• Customer service orientated outlook and accountability
