Product Marketing & Openings Studio Intern, SEA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Southeast Asia (SEA) team, supporting both Product Marketing initiatives and the Openings Studio platform.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, technical project support, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic commercial environment.
Job Description:
- Yale Link app deactivation:
- Manage customer email enquiries.
- Direct market specific customer enquiry to the responsible market.
- Openings Studio back-end support:
- Assist technical support to develop 'Openings Studio automate price book system'.
- Involve in any projects developed by GCSEA Commercial Excellence Business Unit.
- Smart Security product competitor analysis:
- Research and benchmark competitor products in the SEA region.
- Develop mapping of competitor product ranges in each SEA market, outlining key offers and pricing strategies.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- No prior work experience required, but previous internships or coursework in marketing, product management, or business analysis would be a plus.
- Passion to resolve technical issues and problem solving.
- Familiar with SQL database and have interest in programming (at least Python).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
