Financial Planning & Analysis, Analyst (GCSEA)




  • Responsible for driving efficiency in SG&A spending & tracking cost center expenses. To support the business plan development, pro-actively identify key issues and to make recommendations to the management

  • Assist in driving the sub-regional leadership team to deliver financial (KPIs including Order, Sales, Gross Margin, Cash & EBIT) insight to improve business performance and efficiency

  • Accurately analyse and collect data for various types of business reports. Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.

  • Collaborate with regional leadership team to streamline, simplify and automate finance process, including FP&A reporting process, to enable focus on detailed financial analysis and drive forward actions to improve the Division performance

  • Actively participate in process improvement and system automation project implementation including RPA (Robotic Process Automation) projects. Special projects management based on business requirement.

  • Monitor progress of project deliverables and actively partner with other team members where required on complex briefs.



  • 1-3 years of experience

  • BS in Accounting or Finance. CA or CPA is a plus

  • Professional experience - familiarity with IFRS, Excel VBA and ERPs.

  • Experience with Microsoft AX and HFM is a plus

  • Experience with multi-national company in the capacity of FP&A, experience from manufacturing environment is a plus.

  • Sound business acumen and quantitative & analytical skills with a good detail orientation

  • Execution focused, ability to set and meet aggressive goals and objectives

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Change agent and embrace process changes

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (as need to deal with Greater China entity) is a must, another Asian language is a plus
