Commercial Sales Executive

     

 

  • To meet and exceed budget and expansion targets for ASSA ABLOY Project sales division
  • Identifying, develop and maintain or build positive relationships with industry partners including but not limited to Developers, Main Contractors, Building Material Trading Houses, Doors Partners, and System Integrators
  • Maintaining relationships with key accounts by making regular visits, following BCI leads, tracking market development, understanding market and partner needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities to grow the ASSA ABLOY market share
  • Providing in collaboration with specifications team a detailed and accurate specification/schedule consultancy adhering to all pertinent Building codes, standards and total requirements of ASSA ABLOY products as requested by the clients
  • Provide customer product quotations for tenders and be proficient in the tender interview process as well as price negotiations
  • Project management on site - Performing inspections at job site, attend site meetings and address site issues, including training of contractors and ensuring that ASSA ABLOY’s products are properly installed
  • Work together with internal specification and scheduling team to ensure that the bills of quantities are promptly updated and assist in the preparation of project scheduling and installation of sample boards and mock-up samples as may be required
  • Work closely with internal logistics support team to ensure that our deliveries are properly and promptly delivered according to customer schedule
  • Assist the finance department in the follow-up of payment from customers, by ensuring that all necessary documentation especially regarding project progress claims are submitted according to schedule and on time
  • Liaise closely between customers and our sales, logistics, finance support teams to maximize and enhance customer service levels, especially where product installation/repair is necessary
  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
  • Providing fast, reliable, and experienced customer service support and user experience
