As our Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

 

 

Product & Solution Marketing:

  • Elevate product launches and lifecycle management through process management, strategic positioning, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder analysis
  • Translate technical details and features into a compelling value proposition and a clear positioning statement that will guide strategic sales enablement efforts to drive growth
  • Contribute to Lean Business Cases and play an active role in product development processes, including agile planning as well as feedback on demos and development milestones

Market Intelligence Including Voice of Customer (VOC) & Strategic Positioning:

  • Lead market and competitive intelligence research using multiple sources to guide on the optimal strategic positioning of our portfolio offering
  • Lead advanced market research and VOC programs to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics across segments and geographies
  • Manage and synthesize data from various sources to inform product direction and go-to-market strategies
  • Support and, where appropriate, conduct analyst engagements to increase third-party endorsements and learn from key industry influencers
  • Align product value proposition and positioning with partner strategies, sales motions, and channel readiness to strengthen ecosystem engagement and commercial outcomes

Communications & Thought Leadership:

  • Deliver key messages to best articulate our value proposition that empowers marketing and sales teams to execute strategic campaigns and programs
  • Guide and coach internal subject matter experts to be positioned as industry thought leaders in media, industry papers, and events related to the products and vertical markets for which you have ownership
  • Collaborate closely with corporate communications, marketing communications, product management, engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive customer communications

Persona & Segment Strategy:

  • Ensure a deep understanding of key verticals and buyer personas, facilitating knowledge exchange and providing targeted messaging for each segment
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies for key identified verticals

Sales Enablement & Training:

  • Ensure all solution—and product-specific marketing materials are up to date, relevant and aligned with sales enablement needs and broader marketing efforts
  • Lead and actively contribute to equipping the sales team with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively position our products and solutions. Sales enablement may take various forms depending on team needs and market dynamics, including training sessions, playbooks, messaging guides, and competitive positioning resources such as battlecards

 

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

           

 

  • 7+ years of proven experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or product management within identity management, cybersecurity, or adjacent industries
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, demonstrated by a track record of successful product launches and market enablement
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer/stakeholder engagement to inform product and go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proficiency in English, verbal and written
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
  • Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs) as part of workflow (explicitly noted as essential in the role narrative)
  • Exposure to identity management, cybersecurity, or similar verticals
  • Direct experience in biometric technology 
  • Hands-on experience in highly regulated industries such as air travel, operational technology, banking, healthcare, or government
  • Additional language proficiency beyond English
