Are you passionate about driving impactful social media campaigns and strengthening a brand’s presence?
We’re looking for an energetic Social Media & Employer Branding Specialist to build our employer brand across digital channels and connect with top talent in Sweden. Based in our Stockholm office, you’ll be at the forefront of creating an engaging and authentic online identity that showcases our company’s culture.

 

What you will do as our Social Media & Employer Branding Specialist
The ideal candidate will leverage social media platforms to foster genuine engagement and represent our company by participating in networks, organising events and driving relevant branding activities.

 

You would also:

  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Design and implement a powerful social media strategy aligned with our employer branding goals, with a focus on measuring KPIs and ROI.
  • Create Engaging Content: Craft stories, photos, and videos that capture our culture, driving engagement with both internal and external audiences.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain connections with universities, student groups, and other partners to strengthen our brand as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with our Communications, Marketing, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and support recruitment initiatives.

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:

  • Around 3 years of experience from a similar role.
  • Project management skills and experience – planning, coordination, follow-up, deadline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling in Swedish and English.
  • Experience working with Canva and some video editing software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build positive relationships with a willingness to initiate interactions regularly.
  • Proven experience in social media management, employer branding, or a related area
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and metrics
     

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a multinational environment, collaborating with colleagues across various countries. A background in manufacturing is a plus, as is a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop or InDesign would be advantageous. We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a natural talent for building positive relationships, and the initiative to engage proactively. A commitment to authentic, ethical communication practices is essential.
