Senior Quality Assurance Engineer — EMEIA

Shape the Future of Secure, Smart Access — from Stockholm

Hybrid │ Digital & Access Solutions │ Embedded Systems & IoT

Quality isn’t a checkbox here — it’s a core engineering pillar. As a Senior QA Engineer, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our embedded and IoT products are robust, secure and built for real-world reliability at global scale.

Your Role: Drive Quality, Reliability & Technical Excellence

• Own the full testing lifecycle for embedded and IoT products — from test planning and design to execution, automation and reporting.
• Lead hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), system-level and automated testing across firmware, connectivity, containerised environments and network protocols.
• Develop and maintain advanced LabVIEW-driven test frameworks — creating requirements-based test cases, orchestrating complex automated test sequences across our embedded test stands, and integrating Python, Docker and CI/CD tooling to ensure scalable, reproducible and high-quality test environments.
• Collaborate closely with firmware, hardware and software teams to shape QA strategy and enable seamless, high-reliability integrations.
• Identify risks early, expand test coverage, and continuously enhance testing processes, tools and automation frameworks.

What You Bring: Skills & Mindset That Make a Difference

• Proficiency with LabVIEW for automated test control, instrumentation or measurement workflows.

• Senior experience in embedded systems QA or engineering, including HIL or system-level testing.
• Strong automation or scripting capabilities (e.g., Python) and experience with Docker/CI pipelines.
• Understanding of IP/network protocols (DNS, TLS, DHCP) and embedded communication stacks.
• A quality-first, solutions-driven mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
