The role — what you’ll really be doing

As a Senior Project Purchaser, you’ll sit at the heart of product development, working closely with R&D, product management, quality and local procurement teams across Europe.

You’ll lead supplier involvement in new product and product improvement projects, balancing speed-to-market, quality, cost and long-term partnerships. You’ll have ownership, visibility and the opportunity to shape how our supply base evolves.

This is a hands-on, influential role where your judgement is trusted and your experience genuinely shapes outcomes.

What you’ll work on

• Driving procurement activities in new product development and continuous improvement projects.
• Leading RFx processes, supplier selection and commercial negotiations.
• Evaluating suppliers and supporting make-or-buy decisions.
• Optimising supplier performance, resilience and supply chain efficiency.
• Acting as a trusted escalation point when challenges arise.
• Translating procurement strategy into practical actions with suppliers.
• Supporting product teams in achieving ambitious technical and commercial goals.

You’ll collaborate internationally while being anchored in a strong local team culture.

What will help you succeed

• Solid experience in project or technical procurement within electronics or electromechanics sectors.
• Confidence working cross-functionally with engineers, product teams and suppliers.
• A pragmatic, business-minded approach and strong communication skills.
• Comfort working in an international environment and travelling when required.
• A mindset that values collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.
