Sales Specialist

Ready to take ownership of your own sales area and drive growth in a fast-moving industry? ePARK is growing and is now looking for a proactive and business-driven Sales Specialist. In this role, you will take full responsibility for prospecting, customer development, and driving growth within your assigned region.
As part of ASSA ABLOY and the SKIDATA Group, you will join a supportive and forward-thinking team in Gothenburg or Stockholm, Sweden. You will play a key role in expanding our payment and parking solutions, with the freedom to develop your career and make a meaningful impact.
What you would do as our Sales Specialist
You would actively work with digital service sales within payment and parking solutions.
The role includes 8–10 physical and digital customer meetings per week and requires a self-driven, structured approach, along with the ability to create business opportunities through dialogue, needs analysis, and long-term relationship building.
You would collaborate closely with our Customer Success Managers, who are responsible for operations and ongoing account management. In this role, you would work with a diverse customer base, including operators and landowners, property companies, arenas and large facilities, security providers, and municipalities.
You would also:
- Identify and acquire new customers within your region, contributing to overall user growth.
- Build and manage partnerships by negotiating agreements and tailoring ePARK’s solutions to meet customer needs and ensure profitability.
- Oversee the correct setup of signage and service implementation to secure strong app coverage in your area.
- Promote and drive the adoption of ePARK’s solutions among B2B customers and end users to increase service usage.
- Own the overall performance of your territory, including growth, coverage, and results, and ensure targets are met (a valid driving license is required).
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in B2B service sales, including prospecting and building long-term customer relationships.
- Is comfortable working independently and driving results against clearly defined targets and KPIs.
- Thrives in a high-paced environment with frequent customer interactions and meetings.
- Has an interest in, or experience with, digital tools and improving operational efficiency.
- Is self-motivated, structured, and driven by achieving results and continuous improvement.
