What you would do as our Quality Expert – DAS EMEIA

You ensure that the product quality level fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements.

You would also:

  • Collaborate in the product development process (NPI/CPI/CSI) to ensure the product meets established quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. This involves collaborating with various teams, providing quality expertise, and implementing quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate on the quality issue investigations, using quality methodologies.
  • Participate in projects/actions to improve product quality performance.
  • Empower quality awareness
  • Develop and deploy of quality standards/procedures and monitor KPI (CoPQ%; PPM-Customer; PPM supplier; internal FPY)

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant experience from similar positions as Quality process Engineer, Quality Control Engineer etc.
  • Knowledge of the quality methodologies (APQP, Problem Solving/8D, …), knowledge of APQP (FAI, ISIR, FMEA, quality control plan), problem solving (A3/8D..), process audit, Green/Black Sigma methodology (wish), ISO/TS16949 (wish)., VDA (wish).
  • Basic knowledge of Project management (already previous experience in product development) and knowledge of Office (Wish: Minitab)
  • Fluent English
