What you would do as our Quality Assurance Engineer
You would join a skilled team dedicated to the development of APERIO, a leading wireless access control technology by ASSA ABLOY that enables secure, real-time electronic locking without complex wiring.
You would also:
• Apply your LabVIEW expertise to develop and maintain automated test systems.
• Integrate hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) setups, and ensure our embedded products meet the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with global stakeholders who use our technology in products worldwide, helping people feel safe, secure, and experience a more open world.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
• Expert-level proficiency in LabVIEW, including test automation, hardware integration, object-oriented development, and data analysis. Strong understanding of digital and analog signal measurements.
• Proven experience in Embedded Quality Assurance and Quality Control (5+ years), with hands-on skills in HIL creation, system testing, and continuous improvement of automated frameworks.
• Practical experience with Python, Robot Framework, Selenium, GitLab CI/CD, C/C++, Zephyr, Linux, SQL, and ODBC.
• Solid understanding of test planning, analysis, design, implementation, execution, and completion, combined with experience in Agile development (preferably Scrum).
• A B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or a similar field, and fluency in English (written and spoken).
Ideally, you also have experience with Low-power battery-driven products, wireless technologies (BLE, Zigbee, etc.), CI/CD, Robot Framework, RFID credential technologies (Seos, MIFARE DESFire, ISO 14443, UWB), mobile access control, IoT connectivity standards and cybersecurity, and container technologies (Docker, etc.).
