What you would do as our Product Sales Manager

QiAccess is a new generation ASSA ABLOY developed access control product for the care sector – and especially for people living in their ordinary homes. It builds on an existing integrated product range from Phoniro but is now moving over to a new Business Unit within Global Solutions Senior Care that is called Global Offering. As Sales Manager, you will lead the sales effort of QiAccess in the international markets where we engage. For our larger Global Offering business partners, we also have specific Key Account Managers and you will work in a team to secure that we continue to be winners on the market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening strategic partnerships across the European care market. This role demands a visionary Sales Manager who can translate our products and technical advantages into market specific value-based sales drivers. We are looking for a Sales Manager who can align sales operations with partner enablement, customer success, and long-term business goals.

 

You would also:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives and partner capabilities and lead forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking across our partners and different markets.
• Identify emerging markets and solution opportunities, adapt go-to-market strategies accordingly and create new value drivers based on market needs and give continuous input for our roadmap.
• Build and nurture relationships with our key partners and develop relationships with new high potential partners and Co-develop joint business plans with partners, including value propositions, annual objectives, and focus.
• Oversee partner onboarding, training, and quality programs to ensure technical readiness and sales alignment, optimize sales processes to support scalable growth and partner collaboration.
• Collaborate with our marketing and product colleagues to refine solution positioning and create compelling sales assets.

 

The skills and experience you need 
We are looking for someone who:
• Has proven experience (5+ years) in sales management within a solution-based company and demonstrates success in managing partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
• Is strong in strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Is familiar with CRM systems, sales analytics, and partner portals, and has experience with international markets and multi-tiered partner programs.
• Has excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Has a background in Care with an existing network amongst care organizations (a huge plus).
