Join our ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions team, with Sweden as the primary location, or Finland, Norway, and Denmark as alternative locations.
We're on the lookout for a spirited Scandinavian Product Marketing Manager to steer our Electrical Lock portfolio. This includes fascinating products like electrical strikes, motor locks, and handle controlled locks. You'll thereby be the vital link between our product management and sales teams, ensuring a strong market presence and top-notch customer focus.
What you would do as our Product Marketing Manager

You’ll be the key player in driving our products' market success. Here’s how your role will look like:
• Own the commercial success of the Electrical Locks portfolio by defining and executing go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth across key channels and market verticals.
• Become a true product expert by building deep knowledge of our electrical lock solutions and translating technical features into clear customer value for different audiences (installers, resellers, end-users).
• Enable sales to win by actively supporting product knowledge development—delivering training, tools, and clear messaging that strengthen sales confidence and drive conversion.
• Lead high-impact product launches by orchestrating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring strong product readiness across markets and sales teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer and market, gathering insights and feeding them back into product management to continuously improve offerings and competitiveness.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone with:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales across multiple distribution channels and market verticals.
• Experience in growth-driven sales activities, technical sales, and/or customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Copilot skills are a plus).
• Proficiency in English and at least one Scandinavian language, along with experience in the security and access solutions industry (a strong advantage).
This position requires frequent travel (20-40% of your time) to collaborate with local sales teams, visiting fairs/events and customers in Scandinavia.
