Master thesis nr 12. Tailoring AI Upskilling for Enhanced Productivity

At ASSA ABLOY, we recognize that various roles and functions across the organization benefit differently from targeted upskilling in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

To address this, we aim to investigate which types of AI training would be most beneficial for different roles and functions. With upcoming EU regulations mandating AI upskilling and compliance, it is essential not only to meet these legal requirements but also to ensure our employees receive the training they need to optimize productivity and efficiency.

This Master's thesis project seeks to investigate whether AI training should be tailored by role or by function, and what content and depth the training should cover to maximize impact for each role/function, taking into account their current maturity level with AI.

The ultimate goal is to deliver a robust, data-driven framework for tailoring AI upskilling by role/function, thereby enhancing the capacity of different roles and functions to leverage AI effectively in their day-to-day operations.

This position is ideal for two students with a strong foundation in both qualitative and quantitative research, a passion for AI in corporate environments, and an interest in creating meaningful, scalable solutions that support professional growth and compliance.

We look forward to receiving your application with your resumé and university grades and hearing your ideas on how you would approach this subject!
