Marketing Technology & Integration Specialist
Build and connect the systems behind global marketing performance
Hybrid | Preferred locations: Sweden, Finland, Spain
Join the eBusiness organisation and help shape how marketing technology is built, connected, and scaled across ASSA ABLOY. This role focuses on turning marketing requirements into reliable technical solutions across systems, data, and automation.
Why this role matters
As marketing operations become increasingly digital, more systems, tools, and data sources need to work together seamlessly — from CRM and automation platforms to tracking, integrations, and reporting.
Without structure, consistency in tracking, automation, and reporting becomes difficult to maintain at scale.
This role strengthens that foundation by ensuring marketing systems are connected, reliable, and designed to scale across global teams.
The role
This position sits at the intersection of marketing, IT, and eBusiness, supporting how digital marketing capabilities are delivered and maintained across global teams.
Responsibility includes ensuring that integrations, automation flows, and tracking setups are built in a scalable and consistent way, enabling reliable use of data and reporting across the organisation. The role also ensures that marketing requirements are translated into robust technical implementations.
What you’ll work on
- Support evaluation of marketing technology requests by contributing technical input and ensuring alignment with established architecture and IT governance
- Configure and manage integrations and automated workflows within approved platforms and frameworks, in collaboration with IT and platform owners
- Implement tracking and tagging structures, ensuring data accuracy and compliance (e.g. GDPR/CCPA)
- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to support performance tracking and decision-making
- Standardise templates, naming conventions, and reusable processes across teams and business areas
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, eBusiness, and IT to translate needs into working solutions
What will help you succeed
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or data/integration-focused roles
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured data environments
- Basic programming skills (preferably JavaScript) and understanding of APIs
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools (e.g. Zapier) and familiarity with SQL or data modelling concepts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
