HR Administrator

Are you passionate about supporting teams and ensuring smooth HR operations in a dynamic, international environment?
If so, this opportunity as a part-time HR Administrator might be the perfect next step for you. The role will be based in Stockholm, Sweden. This part-time role offers a unique chance to grow your HR expertise while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.

What you would do as our HR Administrator

You will provide daily support to managers across the organization, offering guidance on a variety of HR administrative matters. Ideally, your working hours will be distributed throughout the week, with an expectation to be present in the office on three of those days.

As the primary point of contact for our payroll office, you will independently manage HR processes and actively contribute to improvement initiatives that streamline routines and enhance overall efficiency. This is a broad HR administrative role that requires ownership of day-to-day operations and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth and effective workflows.

You would also:

  • Provide general HR administrative support to managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including salary reviews, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
  • Coordinate payroll activities and act as the main point of contact for the payroll department.
  • Manage and support users of our HRIS system (GPS), assisting both managers and employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and administer benefits in collaboration with external partners, ensuring up-to-date information on the intranet and benefits portal.
  • Participate in and support various HR projects related to processes, work environment, policies, and employee communications.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A relevant educational background in HR, finance administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience that has provided a solid foundation in these areas.
  • Proven experience in HR administrative services, including payroll knowledge and strong IT skills.
  • Familiarity with Swedish labor law and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), with practical exposure to both.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, as English is the business language.

Ideally, you are curious, driven, service-minded, and detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude and strong integrity. Experience with SuccessFactors, other HR systems, and working in a complex international matrix organization is highly valued.
