The Role 

We are seeking a Director and Head of Product Management – Electronic Access Control (EAC) to lead the common EAC product portfolio across EMEIA. 

This is a senior strategic leadership role, accountable for defining the EAC product vision, roadmap, and commercial success. You will ensure a competitive, customer-driven portfolio that delivers sustainable growth and aligns with Group and DAS strategy. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Own and define the EAC portfolio strategy and the common product roadmap across EMEIA 
  Act as Product Owner for the common EAC portfolio, ensuring market leadership and profitability 

• Drive customer-right products through voice of customer activities, market insights, competitor analysis, and BI data 

• Generate and own business cases, revenue follow-up, and portfolio performance metrics 
  Lead portfolio lifecycle decisions, including consolidation and integration of acquired EAC companies 

• Drive AI and technology adoption in close collaboration with R&D 
  Align closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and GTT on pricing, value proposition, and total solutions 

• Represent EMEIA in Group and regional product governance forums 

Qualifications and Experience 

• BSc or MSc in Engineering or equivalent 

• Extensive experience in Electronic Access Control and the security industry 

• Senior product management or portfolio leadership experience 

• Strong business, financial, and strategic capabilities 

• Deep knowledge of EN and ISO standards, software, networks, and cloud technologies 

• Proven leadership experience in international, matrix organizations 

• Fluent English; additional European language is an advantage
