What you would do as our Compliance Officer

As part of our legal team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operations and reputation globally. Reporting to our General Counsel, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing effective compliance programs and policies. You will also:

  • Conduct compliance audits, assessments, and investigations.
  • Provide compliance training and awareness to employees, managers, and business partners.
  • Report on the status and performance of compliance programs.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate compliance issues or risks.
  • Coordinate with legal team members and external counsel on compliance-related matters.
  • Stay updated on legal developments affecting our industry and advise on implications.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Master’s degree in law or the equivalent; Compliance certification preferred.
  • Fluency in English; Proficiency in other relevant languages preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of compliance experience from multinational companies or reputable law firms.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in compliance audits and investigations; Security or hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
