What you would do as our AI Strategist
As an AI Strategist, you will play a key role in supporting the AI Program’s management and driving the development of Generative AI use cases that solve real business challenges. This is not a technical or development role but rather a strategic position for someone eager to learn, collaborate, and apply their problem-solving skills across departments. You’ll work closely with diverse stakeholders—engineering, business, and legal teams—using design thinking to build AI-driven business cases and ensure alignment with ASSA ABLOY’s broader strategic goals.
You would also:
- Assist in managing the AI Program, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams in technology, business development, and legal to ensure smooth execution of the AI strategy.
- Partner with AI Ambassadors across the organization to design and implement impactful Generative AI use cases.
- Utilize design thinking to build a robust pipeline of AI-driven business cases, assessing each case’s business value and scalability.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather insights, align on priorities, and ensure projects address key business challenges.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- An academic degree in Industrial Management, Innovation Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a technology-driven setting.
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business solutions.
- Fluency in English.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in design thinking for innovation and problem-solving. They have proven experience in cross-functional collaboration within large organizations, along with exceptional communication skills that enable them to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
