The most important aspects of the Aquisition Specialist role is to offer support in planning, implementation and control of all activities within the Logistics & Procurement department, for the realization of excellent services, with the lowest costs. Contributes to the organization and management of the necessary flow of goods, in accordance with the objectives of ASSA ABLOY Romania OS. Maintain relationships with suppliers to maintain critical stock in line with established objectives. 


Key responsibilities:

Launches the goods orders in the supply circuit/system

Enter in ERP:  the supply orders according to the requested order from sales team, within 24 hours from its receipt; also new products needs to be created in the ERP, according to the data received

Prepares the documents related to the import and export activity, intra-community deliveries, return of goods to suppliers

Manages transport prices and tariffs and contributes to their optimization / minimization

Maintain the relationship with internal / external transport and customs service providers and direct / indirect suppliers

Make sure the custom duties received from transporter providers are paid on time to Romanian authorities

Check the accuracy of the information entered in the purchase invoices received

Provides to the warehouse / financial department the necessary documents for the registration of the products entered into the ERP

Ensures correspondence with all partners (suppliers) of the company regarding the aquisition and logistical aspects

Continuously monitors the movement of stocks of goods

Provides support in the inventory of annual procedures, according to legal regulations and internal procedures

Proposes to the Sales Departments product codes to be the subject of stock correction actions (promotions, stock liquidations or other actions in this regard)

Prepares all related documents and required reports requested by direct manager and the Group 

Meets the objectives of the Logistics & Procurement department, in accordance with the objectives and policies of ASSA ABLOY



You will be our choice if you have:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

Minimum 1 year experience in working with CRM (SAP, Axapta or similar)

Experience in logistics and in working with asian clients would be an advantage

Studies: technical or economic

Self-organized, accountable, structured and target driven approach

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including Power Point, MS Excel

Advanced English level

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Windows Office

Good planning and organizing skills with good attention to details
