What would you do as our Service Sales Manager 
As our Service Sales Manager you will have the passion to deliver an outstanding customer and employee experience whilst demonstrating the attitudes and behaviour expected by the group. A key part of the role will be to collaborate with the UK Head of Service to help drive the external team to achieve targeted revenues & gross margin targets annually.

 

You would also:
•    Define and implement KPI’s for the team members and regularly monitor performance in line with the metrics.
•    Work closely with the UK Head of Service to achieve targeted results annually.
•    Lead and develop the external service sales team to achieve the required results.
•    Provide relevant training to help the external service sales team achieve their best potential.
•    Take full line management responsibility and work closely with HR when required.

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
•    Can develop and maintain successful relationship with customers.
•    Has excellent oral and written communication skills.
•    Is a good team player who understands the importance of meeting deadlines and who thrives in a busy, challenging environment.
•    Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively.
•    Has strong people management skills.
