Internal Sales Coordinator- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

What you would do as our Internal Sales Co - Ordinator
As an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for generating customer quotations; liaising with Engineers to ensure the quotation is accurate and following up the quotation with the customer.
You would also:
- Perform a daily process and audit of engineers’ quotations, issuing and then following them up.
- Chase outstanding quotations to convert to order.
- Quote inbound enquiries.
- Work with the external sales team and passing over all relevant leads/enquiry’s.
- Achieve specified growth and conversion targets set as well as developing and maintaining customer relationships.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience of working within a customer service function and is customer focused.
- Is able prioritise workload and apply flexibility where needed.
- Has knowledge and experience of dealing with end users; builders and contractors.
- Has excellent MS office and systems experience.
- Has strong attention to detail is key to help deliver practical solutions and overcome challenges.
