Please note this role is a regional field-based role with extensive travel.

 

What would you do as our Business Developemnt Manager - Service Sales


As our Business Development Manager you will work closely with the Service Sales Manager and Internal Sales to drive the profitable growth of the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems service portfolio for the central region. As part of this role you will focus on converting new equipment installs into service contracts as well as holding contract review meetings to reinfore the value of the service contract

You would also:

  • Maintain retention of existing profitable service contracts and support the service coordinator in renewal process
  • Secure profitable new service contracts from identified target customers within the defined sales area
  • Promote and sell the complete range of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems service products
  • Review savings made by our customers, potential downtime avoided and the benefits of the service contract
  • Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, negotiations and activity in CRM as well as provide updated forecasts.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a field sales role working in a fast paced customer service environment
  • Understands how a service department operates
  • Is able to priories their workload and multi task  
  • Has CRM systems & MS office experience
  • Has strong attention to detail and problem solving experience
