What you would do as our Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Head of Construction, and working strictly in contact with the US, you will be responsible for driving the company’s brand presence, overseeing product‑focused marketing activity, and managing all PR and events. This role ensures cohesive brand execution, supports product marketing strategy, and delivers high‑impact communication and event programmes that enhance market visibility and supports commercial objectives. The role will oversee global marketing for the business area.
You would also be responsable for:
• Strategy, Planning & Brand Leadership: Develop the annual marketing strategy with the Senior Leadership Team, continuously reviewing progress and effectiveness. Own and evolve the company’s brand strategy and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels, managing creative agencies, and upholding brand governance as the business grows organically and through acquisitions.
• Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional Coordination: Manage, coach, and develop the marketing team, supporting sales growth through customer relevance and events. Coordinate collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and agency partners, ensuring strong execution in PR, events, SEO, AI optimisation, and broader marketing activities.
• Product Marketing & Go‑to‑Market Execution: Oversee product positioning, messaging, differentiation, and go‑to‑market planning. Support product launches, approve collateral and sales enablement materials, and align product marketing with divisional and group‑level branding and campaign priorities.
• Communications, PR, E‑commerce & Customer Insights: Lead internal communications across the business area, organising townhalls, webinars, and leadership meetings while contributing to divisional and group‑wide communications. Drive PR strategy, manage social media and agencies, oversee press activity, and handle reactive communications. Maximise e‑commerce potential across all markets and own customer insight activities, including NPS surveys, improvement plans, reporting, and stakeholder follow‑up.
• Events, Campaigns & Performance Reporting: Plan and manage the full events calendar—trade shows, conferences, customer events, webinars, and internal events—ensuring strong branding, coordination, and commercial alignment. Develop integrated marketing campaigns for brand awareness, product adoption, and lead generation, reviewing performance and optimising based on data. Monitor KPIs across all marketing disciplines, report results to senior leadership, and manage budgets for branding, PR, and events.
