What would you do as our Support Desk Manager

 

As our Support Desk Manager, you would manage the 1st Line & 2nd Line Support teams and oversee them to ensure efficient operation. This position is office based four days per week and one from home.

 

You would also:

 

  • Ensure that best practices are followed and standards are maintained.
  • Enhance the team's understanding of products for effective remote support.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with key customer accounts.
  • Manage escalated customer concerns, ensuring follow-up actions and meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and departmental management to develop and implement continuous improvement processes.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

 

  • Strong leadership and team management experience from a similar position.
  • Previous experience working within a support desk environment.
  • Focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyse data for decision-making and process improvements.
  • Well-organised, punctual, and self-disciplined.

 

It would be beneficial if you have previous experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing platform as well as construction industry knowledge and experience using CRM systems.
