What would you do as our Training Specialist (London Region)

As our Training Specialist, you would lead implementation and training for our customers based in and around London. In-depth product training and career development will be provided.

You would also:

  • Prepare, deliver set-up and implement based on an understanding of customer requirements
  • Prepare and deliver professional training sessions both on-site and remotely, covering user and administrator training
  • Update and provide detailed training material to customers
  • Assist customers with any technical issues during implementation
  • Assist sales team with onboarding new customers

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working in a training/teaching environment  
  • Demonstratable ability of high-level engagement with director level customers
  • IT Competencies (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
  • Driver’s license
